The ratification of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is crucial at a time when protectionist sentiments are on the rise around the world, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said on Wednesday (Sept 28). He said at a joint press conference alongside his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe after a bilateral summit.
