In the March issue of the RTA Exchange Digest we continue to analyze the United States' "new" trade policy and its impact on relations with its most important trade partners. We also provide an update on the state of the Brexit process, and survey what is happening in RTAs in Asia, Latin America and Africa.

In this issue we examine the new trade policy emerging from the United State under President Trump, including the withdrawal from the TPP agreement and calls to renegotiate NAFTA.
